Cyclicom will report partner monthly traffic and revenue figures on a monthly basis. The report for each month will be sent to the partner by the 15th day of the following month. Cyclicom will pay the partner its monthly payment within forty-five (45) days from the end of the month. The minimum amount of payment is US $100.

Balances of less than US $100 will be carried over to subsequent months. Payment will be made by wire transfer or through Paypal, at the partner's choice. Any wire transfer or Paypal fees will be deducted from the amount owing to the partner.
|
|
|
Any taxes owing as a result of payments to the partner shall be the sole responsibility of the partner.
